Conference Welcome Reception

Location: Exhibition Hall, Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre

An invitation is extended to all delegates and registered accompanying persons to attend the Welcome Reception to be held at the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre in  Exhibition Halls 5 & 6.  Renew old friendships and make new acquaintances as we welcome you to Sydney.

FRIDAY 19 JUNE 2009

Opening Ceremony
Time: 8:30am – 9.15am
Location: Parkside Auditorium, Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre 
Dress: Smart Casual

An invitation is extended to all delegates and registered accompanying persons to attend the Opening Ceremony to be held at the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre. Guests will enjoy a traditional Aboriginal Welcome featuring traditional Aboriginal dance and the haunting sounds of the didgeridoo.  

 

Conference Dinner
Time: 7.00pm – 11.00pm
Location: Bayside Grand Hall, Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre
Dress: Smart Casual
Additional tickets: $145.00

The Conference Dinner and will be one of the memorable highlights of the Conference. Combining a sumptuous three course meal and fine Australian wines with spectacular décor, lighting and entertainment this night is sure to enlighten the senses. A feature entertainment performance remains a secret now, but rest assured guests will leave impressed!
